Terms of Service

These terms apply when you browse or purchase from zaliar.

Using the Store

Provide accurate order details and use an authorized payment method. Fraud, unauthorized access, and interference with our website are prohibited.

Pillows and Product Details

Refer to each listing for dimensions, filling, cover materials, and care instructions. Screen colors and reasonable manufacturing tolerances may affect appearance.

Pillow comfort is personal. A sleep trial or warranty applies only when expressly offered. Follow product-specific cleaning instructions; do not assume every pillow or filling is machine washable.

Purchases

Checkout displays the purchase currency and applicable charges. Receiving an order acknowledgment does not itself confirm dispatch.

Where legally permitted, we may cancel orders affected by unavailable inventory, material listing errors, or suspected fraud. Payments collected for canceled items will be refunded.

Our Shipping & Delivery and Return & Refund policies also apply.

Content and Responsibility

Store content may not be commercially reused without permission or another lawful basis.

No provision removes mandatory consumer protections or excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Future revisions apply prospectively and do not change accepted orders.
