Timing

Allow 1–3 business days for order preparation, followed by an estimated 5–8 business days in transit for standard U.S. shipping.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These stages are separate; delivery dates are estimates.

If dispatch is delayed, we will communicate an updated timeline and applicable cancellation or refund options.

Locations and Charges

We deliver to eligible U.S. addresses. Checkout shows available methods, shipping charges, and any free-shipping conditions before payment.

Tracking and Corrections

Shipment emails include tracking when available. Carrier scans may not appear immediately.

Send address corrections promptly to [email protected]. Once processing or transit begins, changes may be impossible. Any additional redelivery costs will be explained.

Delivery Assistance

Contact us if the expected arrival window passes or tracking stops progressing.

For a delivery scan without a package, check nearby locations and with household members, then ask us for help.

Report damaged or incorrect deliveries promptly, including your order number and photos where practical. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution without limiting your legal rights.
